The 2012 Louisiana Beer Fest - Lake Charles will be held in the Lake Charles Civic Center Exhibition Hall on May 19th, 2012. General Admission starts at 12:00pm and the event runs until 5pm. VIP Ticket Holders get early admission, at 11:00am. VIPs also enjoy access to the VIP Lounge, complimentary catered food, and access to exclusive beers not available to the general public.
Restrictions
Attendees must be 21 or over. Designated Drivers, both General Admission and VIP are not allowed to consume alcohol of any sort, while at the Louisiana Beer Fest. Any Designated Driver caught sampling beer or alcohol at the Louisiana Beer Fest will be escorted off site by security, accompanied by the patron who gave them the sample.The VIP Lounge is exclusively for VIP ticket holders. No food or drink may be brought into or out of the VIP Lounge. There are no refunds in any situation, including removal due to violation of the Restrictions.
